Privacy

Short version: the hub keeps as little as it can, shows other players only what you choose, and has no ads or tracking.

What's collected

• Your email, if you make an account. It's used only to send you sign-in links. It's never shown on the site or to other players.
• Your profile, if you fill one in. Only the fields you choose: display name, area, factions, game size, experience, play style, whether you'd like to learn or are happy to teach, and your theme.
• Feedback you send, plus the page you came from and a contact if you give one.

What isn't

• The hub never asks for or shows your phone number or Discord name. When Play Now opens, matched players use preset messages and agree on a shop and time.
• No ads, no tracking, no analytics, no tracking cookies.
• Fonts and images come from this site, not from Google or anyone else.
• Your browser stores your theme choice and, if you sign in, your sign-in session. That's it.

Like any website, the hosts (Cloudflare for the site, Supabase for the database) may keep standard technical logs.

Who sees what

• Your profile card can be seen only by other players who have made a profile themselves (and confirmed they are 18 or older). Signed-out visitors can't see it.
• Your email is not on your profile card.
• Only Josh can read feedback. If you were signed in when you sent it, he can see it came from your account.

Deleting your account

Go to Account and choose Delete account. That removes your account, your email and your profile. Feedback you sent stays, but it's no longer linked to you.

Age

Find a Player is for adults (18 and over) only.
